Monique Charlier, Principal, brings 25 years of construction experience to Rivet, LLC. Monique has spent her entire career in the commercial general contracting and construction management arena. During her career she has developed a specific passion and focus: serving non-profit and community based clients, with a commitment to sustainability. These include the Urban Ecology Center, Schlitz Audubon Nature Center, John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Girl Scouts of Milwaukee Southeast, Penfield Children's Center and many others.
With a strong background in conceptual estimating, pre-construction management and project management, Monique has the capability to provide valuable input in the early stages of project planning as well as provide integrated support to clients throughout the entire construction process.
Monique is experienced in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, management committees, and working with owners who have numerous competing interests for their time. Through Rivet, LLC Monique has the ability to infuse herself into an organization and provide the additional aid and expertise needed when an organization takes on a construction project.
